Beka-Mak, a family-owned business is the only manufacturer of two metal cutting processes - Hack and Bandsaws- as one of the leading manufacturer in Turkey has been established in 1984 We manufacture high quality Hack and Bandsawing Machines for the general use with a line of 50 different products. The machines are mainly for high performance operations of up to 3 shifts and can be adapted to customer requirements because of their vast selection of accessories.

Cutting ranges are from 170 mm to 1300 mm diameter. 150 employees, %20 of whom are Engineer and Technician, have more than 5.000 qm of production area on 45.000 qm field. Semi Automatic Double Mitre Horizantal Bandsawing Machine

BMSY 440 CDGH / 360 CDGH is convenient semi automatic cuts for non-sheet material as solid and tubular steel, and constructional material as “i” section and ”u”bars. Cutiing movement is vertically on two columns by linear guides. Semi Automatic mİtre cutting is avalaible to both sides from +60º to-45º. Movement for mitre cutting is manual as standart but it can be motorised as an option. Brake system for fixing the angle is hydraulic. Moveable arm syncronises with the movement of hydraulic vice jaw. Both guide arms has sensitive pressure controllers. These controllers lowers the pressure or increases the cutting speed automatically regarding the power used on the material to be cut.
